Advice from MY HIGHER SELF

Last night while I was getting ready for BED, a FLOW of THOUGHTS began... as if someone was TALKING to ME!

This is what was being shared, at least what I could remember once I got to my paper to write it down. This ADVICE seemed to be TIMELY and felt like it might be INSPIRING to YOU, too:

Advice from MY HIGHER SELF

This is a TIME of UNRAVELLING.
Do your best to STAY OUT of FEAR.
No concern about CREATING STABILITY.
RIDE the WAVES GRACEFUL as possible.
Find JOY.
Be CREATIVE & INNOVATIVE.
Use YOUR SKILLS.
Follow YOUR OWN INTUITION. (HEART)
No need to “STEP OUT” unless INSPIRED.
Treasure YOUR SANCTUARY.
Do not forsake it,
EMBRACE what YOU HAVE CREATED.
MARVEL in it.
SOAK in it.
USE IT.
It is SANCTUARY at a time most needed.
SHARE if it brings JOY.
Allow the CREATION to BE the EXPERIENCE.
Continue to UPLIFT IF YOU CAN.
Be GENTLE with YOURSELF when YOU can’t.
FORGIVE YOURSELF when you can’t.
FIND the LOVE in EVERY SITUATION.
QUIET the DISMARMONY.
HUSH the MURMERS.
APPRECIATE WHAT IS.
CHANGE YOURSELF when YOU CAN.
ASK for HELP OFTEN, often, often.
 
I added these because it seemed they were there:
 
FOCUS on HOPE.
RELEASE DEPAIR.
TOUCH SOURCE.
OPEN to RECEIVE.
ALLOW YOURSELF to BE LOVED.
RELEASE YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
ALLOW… FLOW… BE NOW.
LIVE in YOUR HEART with a BALANCE of MIND.
TRUST YOUR HEART.
Practice ECSTATIC STATES, as often as POSSIBLE
APPRECIATION, as the least.
GRATITUDE.
JOY
BLISS
HARMONY
LOVE
WONDER
AWE
When YOU feel these, it UPLIFTS YOUR VIBRATION
And you become MORE RESILIENT & HEALTHY.
 
View the WORLD around YOU with CURIOSITY & AWE.
IMAGINE
Use YOUR IMAGINATION to CREATE the REALITY YOU WANT around YOU.
DWELL in YOUR THOUGHTS about a WORLD YOU WANT to LIVE IN.
Your THOUGHTS and STRONG FEELINGS CREATE YOUR REALITY.
Spend time with THOSE WHO LOVE & INSPIRE YOU.
INSPIRE EACH OTHER when you can.
If it arises, move through ANGER & FEAR & other LOW VIBRATIONS,
As QUICKLY as POSSIBLE.
Find YOUR way to HIGHER VIBRATIONS,
ALLOWANCE, LOVE, FORGIVENESS,
As quickly as possible.
AVOID BLAME & JUDGEMENT.
When CONFLICT ARISES LOOK INSIDE for RESOLUTION FIRST.
ASK for HELP OFTEN, often, often.
There are MANY who would ASSIST if asked.
Not only HUMANS.
ANGELS, ANCESTORS, YOUR WHOLE SOUL COMMITTEE,
BENEVOLENT ETs, ITs UTs
ANIMALS, FAIRIES, PLANTS, TREES,
They ALL are here to HELP & ASSIST US IF WE ASK.
FIND a place where YOU TRUST SOURCE CREATOR will PROVIDE.
ALLOW SOURCE to PROVIDE what YOU NEED.
That is the way this EARTH was DESIGNED.
We forgot.
It is still DESIGNED that way IF WE REMEMBER.

Note

This month (June 2021) I have been exploring the things I currently do with a view to either switching them off or continuing with them but with a new energy or slant. It would seem everything was up for grabs including my long running eZine ‘The Magic of Being’ which I have been single handedly publishing for the last 17 years or so…

I discussed this with my dear friend Saleena Ki and we discovered we had both been going through a kind of zero point where we were being asked to throw overboard anything that no longer resonates with the new energy we have been absorbing over the last weeks (and months). The conversation had a very low energy as we even explored stopping co-creating our Omni-versity courses, something which has had such a high energy for both of us that contemplating not doing them together was making us feel quite unwell.
 
This shows how energy works and as we were thinking things through, we decided next time to let our hearts flow as we usually do when we work together.
 
Then today Saleena shared her inspirations that came directly from her Higher Self, and immediately I could feel the difference. The impulse to share this was so strong, and the idea of us both contributing from our mutual soul connection was so powerful, we just had to go ahead and write about it.
